Can I submit work that I’ve already done in my current or recent job?

Yes, you can but it must meet two conditions: 

1. You need to provide a letter or email from a manager or supervisor verifying that the work is yours. 

2. Ensure that your work meets the assessment requirements by ensuring it contains everything the question or template is asking for. This will save going back and forth with requests for additional documentation.
